The guest house/in-law apartment with an outside private entrance (around the corner on the south side of the building) has one bedroom with two queen beds, a full bath, a full kitchen, living room with a huge smart TV. The living room has two sofa beds.

Keeping everyone fed is a pleasure in the enormous open-design kitchen with expansive granite countertops, and top-quality stainless-steel appliances. Plus, the extra-long breakfast bar makes it easy to serve up a quick breakfast and coffee (Keurig) before you head to the beach in the mornings. A fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, and other necessities. Just pick up some groceries on the way, and you’re ready to start your vacation fun!

Several couples or large families can quickly settle in and enjoy fun times together while still finding some alone space as well. With a washer and dryer ready in your beach home, you can keep on top of the laundry as you go.

Guests have full access to both the main house and the in-law apartment. Amazing beach vacation neighborhood. Across the street from one of the best family-friendly beaches in Florida.

Close to restaurants, shopping, Daytona speedway, airports, etc. Public transportation is very limited, so you will need your own mode of transportation.

Due to county and fire department regulations, please do NOT exceed the number of guests (including infants) specified on the reservation. NO VISITORS on the property for any length of time. Violation will result in immediate booking cancellation and a $500/day fee. No refunds.
